  • Arrival in Athens. Welcoming Dinner.

  • Athens Sightseeing. Will be picked up from your hotel for a private Athens City Tour. You will visit the most popular sights of Athens, such as the Parliament, University, Library, the Presidential Residence (Ex-King Residence), Panathineum Stadium (where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896), the Temple of Zeus, and finally you will visit Acropolis, the Parthenon and the New Museum of Acropolis. Private tour of the Greek Parliament. Later in the afternoon we will return back at our hotel. Dinner at a tavern and overnight in Athens.

  • Athens - Mycenae - Epidaurus - Nauplio. 08:30 we depart and driving along the mainland coast from Athens to Peloponnese, we reach one hour later at the Canal of Corinth (6 km length and 80m height) where we will have our first stop for photos or for a coffee. Next site that we will visit, is the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, one of the best Ancient Theatres worldwide with amazing acoustic. Also, we will visit the archaeological site of ancient Mycenae, a town with great power during the ancient years, where you can see the famous “Gate of Lions” and “Atreus King Tomb” Our next destination is Nafplio, one of the most romantic towns of Greece, that was the first capital city of Modern Greece. We will have time for lunch at one of the traditional local restaurants, and to explore the narrow streets of the beautiful city of Nafplio. We will visit the Castle that has 999 stairs. Dinner and overnight in Nafplio.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart to reach the glorious Byzantine town of Mystras. After lunch in Mystra we will have a short stop in Sparti and then we will visit a local winery, where kids have the chance to taste grapes and the Corinthian currant, grape must cookies, grape juice and moustalevria, a traditional dessert, while parents taste the local wine variety of Agiorgitiko. Listen to myths related to God Dionysus and give your kids the chance to learn about the process of winemaking; picking, crushing and fermenting the grapes into wine, and to play drama games in the land where the ancient God of grape harvest and theater is praised. Dinner and overnight in Nafplio.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. 8:00 am depart for Tolo to Hydra. For a 3 hour stay. At 100 meters from the port on your left as you get off the ship you can visit the Hydra Museum where there are exhibits from the time of the revolution and the Balkan wars. We will visit the metropolis, a large monastery in the center of the harbor dedicated to the Virgin Mary,you will easily spot it from a tall bell tower clock. There is a church museum and the town hall of the island. We will wander through the stone cobblestones to admire the three-story mansions of the captains of the revolution, but take a short ride with the donkeys and take nice photos of the 2 cannon stations at the edges of the port. Near the house of Pavlos Kountouriotis there is a bronze statue of a dolphin with a child on its back to remind of the movie that was filmed on the island in the 50s ¨The child and the dolphin¨ with Sophia Loren.

    Then we will start for Spetses for about a 3 hour stay. Above the harbor is Dapia, the old artillery of the island hosts most of the cafes, decorated with pebbles from the surrounding beaches. We will visit the mansion of Bouboulina at a distance of about 100 meters from the port. Near the mansion is the neoclassical building of the benefactor of the island, Sotiris Anargyros. In Poseidonio Square we can see the first hotel of the island built in 1897 and the statue of Bouboulina gazing at the sea. At 200 meters from the port is the sandy beach of Agios Mammas for a refreshing dip. At 600 meters from the port is the monastery of Agios Nikolaos, where the flag of the revolution on the island was raised. At about one kilometer the old port houses most of the mansions of the island as well as the old carnaia that were built by the ships of the revolution. Nearby is the large lighthouse of the island and the statue of the arsonist Kosmas Barbatsis who set fire to the Turkish flagship in the naval battle of Spetses on September 8, 1822. Dinner and overnight in Nafplio.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the school Bouga. Day of Leisure. Dinner at a local tavern.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Visit an olive grove and learn about olive oil production. Dinner at a local tavern.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. 08:30 depart to visit the archeological site of Ancient Olympia, which lies in the lush valley formed by Alfios River, where the first Olympic Games took place in 776 B.C. You can also visit the Temple of Zeus, the most celebrated sanctuary of ancient Greece. Pheidias had created the gold and ivory statue, dedicated to Zeus, which was housing one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. Then see the temple of Hera, the shrine of Pelops (one of the oldest in the sanctuary), the Council house where the athletes took the Olympic oath, the Treasury houses, the Gymnasium and the Palestra, where they used to exercise for a month prior to the Games. Finally, you will visit the stadium, where the marble starting blocks are still in position. Olympia became the most important religious and athletic center in Greece. Its fame rests upon the Olympic Games, the greatest national festival and a highly prestigious one world-wide, which was held every four years to honor Zeus. We will make a stop for lunch and relax and in the afternoon, you will be in Zakynthos time for swimming and dinner at the hotel.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Day of Leisure. Dinner and overnight in Zakynthos.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Depart at 9:00 am to tour the capital and the panoramic view of the city, Agios Dionisios Church shopping at the city and walking at the Dionysius Solomos Square, the long coastal road Strata Marina and the old Rouga. Departure for Keri caves, swimming and lunch. Dinner at the hotel.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the National Sea Park and learn about Kareta – Kareta. Continue to Skinari to tour the Blue Caves and see the famous Shipwreck beach. Time for swimming and lunch. Dinner at the hotel.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Kefalonia. Visit the caves of Drogaratis and Melissani Lake. After, we will visit and swim at the famous Antisamo beach from the movie “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin”, time for lunch. A short stop at the Monasteri of Saint Gerasimos. Time for swimming. Dinner and overnight in Kefalonia.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Day of Leisure. Dinner and overnight in Zakynthos.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Depart at 9:30 am to tour Argostoli (visit the Katavothres, La Fossa, Bell tower, Saint Spyridon church). Free time for swimming and late lunch. Dinner at local restaurant accompanied by traditional Kefalonian serenaders (cantadoroi).

  • Breakfast at the hotel. 8:30 am depart for Athens. Stop at Kalavrita for lunch, short stops at Mega Spilaio and Agia Lavra. Dinner at a restaurant with live music and overnight in Athens.

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for the US.

  • Afternoon Free – Dinner at a restaurant just steps from St. Mark’s Square. Evening gondola ride.

  • After breakfast. We will enjoy a morning guided tour of St. Mark’s Square, the great Byzantine Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs and an inside visit of the Doge’s Palace. Next, we’ll visit with motoscafi the beautiful island of Murano, where we will visit one of the oldest glass-blowing factories. In the afternoon we’ll have a chance to get lost in the city’s labyrinth of canals, bridges, and tiny piazzas. Being a small island, it’s impossible to stray very far. Dinner is on your own tonight and there are lots of great choices around your hotel.

  • After breakfast we will depart for Florence. On our way to Florence, we will stop in Ferrara. There, we’ll have free time to eat lunch and explore the city’s historic center, home to beautiful Renaissance architecture including Este Castle and Palazzo dei Diamanti. Continue to Florence and enjoy a delicious Fiorentina dinner.

  • After breakfast we will go on a guided tour of Florence, the city at the center of the Renaissance. Dinner on your own.

    • View the legendary Florence Cathedral, known as the Duomo

    • Pass Giotto’s Campanile, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture

    • See the medieval Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria, center of Florentine life

    • Step inside the Basilica of Santa Croce, burial site of Michelangelo, Machiavelli, and Galileo

    • Visit the Accademia Gallery

  • In the morning we will enjoy some free time for exploring and shopping. In the afternoon we’ll visit a winery in Tuscany, and we will learn about the grapes, the nose, food pairings and most importantly which glass to use with each wine! We will also get to experience an olive oil and truffle oil tasting…and of course have some fresh bread with it! This will all be followed by a fabulous early dinner and wine tasting.

  • After breakfast we will enjoy our drive to Rome through Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, the green heart of Italy. Soak up over 2,000 years of history in Imperial Rome, viewing the Arch of Constantine and the Arch of Titus

    • Enter the Colosseum, the largest amphitheater of the Roman Empire

    • Stop at the ruins of the Forum, once the setting of parades, elections, and trials

    • Pass by Palatine Hill to see Circus Maximus, the stadium where ancient Romans raced chariots, and the Baths of Caracalla

    • For dinner we'll be treated to a multi-course traditional Italian meal with a live musical entertainment.

  • Includes breakfast and dinner. Skip the line and Visit Vatican City, St. Paul’s Basilica & the Catacombs

    • Cooking class learn how to make gelato and pizza
